Rates and fees:

$780, night, plus tax for up to 8 persons

Extra person fee: $50, per person
(maximum 10 guests)

There is $10 a day energy surcharge if you would like to have the Jacuzzi available

$325 cleaning fee

$1000 security deposit refunded if no damage or excessive cleaning require

Payments:  $2000 deposit at the time of confirmation and final payment 90 days prior to arrival. $1000 damage deposit will be refunded if there is no excessive cleaning or damage.

Cancellation policy:  $500 cancel fee once funds are on account until 91 days prior to arrival. No refunds if cancelled 90 days prior to arrival.

Trip cancellation insurance is recommended and available.
